As we continue to navigate this unprecedented journey we find ourselves on, our highest priority is to ensure our staff, customers and suppliers are protected. With this mind, we have commenced remote operations where possible and all of our call center staff are also handling enquiries remotely from their homes.

Our IT infrastructure and dedicated IT support teams ensure we are able to communicate at all times.

Our Roadside Assistance Responders have adapted to instructions from respective governments and are now using preventive measures. They are using face masks, gloves and hand sanitisers and have been trained in procedures to protect themselves and our customers. They also maintain distance and practice no contact methods to mitigate risk and assure customer confidence. Some of our dealers have set up a collection and delivery facility for customers to have their cars serviced and they also organise home delivery of new cars.
