This team is an integral unit that safeguards profitability, manages procurement processes and our suppliers. Furthermore, it also offers logistical support and provides the company with a variety of reliable IT services and related infrastructure.
The Group Aftersales team is centered around the needs of our customers and are involved in many activities that look after customer care, satisfaction, retention and conflict resolution. Apart from that, they are responsible for a variety of functions such as customer surveys, parts supply, warehousing, warranty management and training. This team also oversees our in-house call center, which is our direct channel for customer communication.
